About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 2023 No. 787
Based on part one of subitem 1.12 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2023 "About lease and free use by property" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 138
1. Add appendix 2 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 2023 with No. 787 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2023 No. 138" Item 47 of the following content:
"47. Republican unitary enterprise "National Film Studio Belarusfilm — for the Production of Movies Performed by the Called Company without Involvement of Other Producers of Movies (Producers) or with Involvement of Other Producers of Movies (Producers) if Their Share of Financial Resources Does Not Exceed 50 Percent in Total Amount of the Funds Allocated for Production of the Movie ".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
