About introduction of amendments to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" rather military training of citizens of Ukraine according to the program of training of reserve officers of health service
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Introduce in article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324 with the following changes) the following changes:
1. The second to state part in the following edition:
"2. According to the program of training of reserve officers the citizens of Ukraine having or receiving educational degree of the higher education not below the bachelor suitable for military service for health reasons and undergone professional and psychological selection, and without fail – the citizens of Ukraine who are getting higher education on medical and pharmaceutical specialties suitable for military service for health reasons and undergone professional and psychological selection on a voluntary basis have military training".
2. In part three:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"3. The procedure for carrying out military training of citizens of Ukraine according to the program of training of reserve officers affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on representation of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine approved with the central executive body providing forming and realizing state policy in the field of science and education and with the central executive body providing forming and realizing state policy in the field of health care";
