1. Approve the Procedure for approval of Gosenergoeffektivnosti of Ukraine for innovative and investment projects of implementation of energy-saving technologies and technologies for production of alternative sources of fuel which are implemented by subjects of housekeeping within preferential crediting it (is applied).
2. To department of normative legal support (Small M.V.) and Department of alternative energy sources and energy efficient projects (Bogdan M. I.) submit in accordance with the established procedure the order "About Approval of the Procedure for Approval of Gosenergoeffektivnosti of Ukraine of Innovative and Investment Projects of Implementation of Energy-saving Technologies and Technologies for Production of Alternative Sources of Fuel Which Are Implemented by Subjects of Housekeeping within Preferential Crediting" on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman Krutya of O. A.
