(b) projects implementation in the field of the industry and services by total cost in equivalent 6, 8 billion US dollars;

(c) finishing export volume of the industry, services and tourism to 3, 5 billion US dollars;

(d) expansion and complete upgrade of engineering and communication networks;

(e) creation in addition 6,2 thousand hectares of green zones.

2. To khokimiyat of the Samarkand region (A. Boboyev) in week time to approve target indicators by the region, areas (cities) and responsible persons.

3. Implement in the Samarkand region the procedure for implementation of investment projects and improvement of infrastructure of the region on the basis of mutually advantageous partnership between the state and subjects of entrepreneurship providing:

(a) formation of Joint-stock company "the Samarkand Investment Company in case of establishment of the khokimiyat of the Samarkand region (further - the Company) which is carrying out task of "bridge" between the state and subjects of entrepreneurship;
