According to Item 28 parts two of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" and the subitem 18 of item 4 of the Regulations on State commission on securities and the stock market approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 14.02.97 of N142 (with changes), State commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Approve Professional requirements to chief accountants of professional participants of the security market (are applied).
2. To heads of professional participants of the stock market to bring job descriptions for chief accountants into accord with the specified Professional requirements till 01.01.2008.
3. To provide to the chief of staff of Yu. Nazarenko:
provision on state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
publication of this decision according to the legislation.
4. Control of execution of this decision to assign to the Chief of staff of Nazarenko Yu. M.
