About measures for implementation of arrangements in the agricultural and food spheres reached during the top-level visit to Mongolia

For the purpose of ensuring timely and full realization of the tasks determined in agricultural and food spheres within the agreements reached during the state visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Mongolia on June 24-25 the current year I decide:

I. Purposes

1. Determine the main indicators of the measures realized in agricultural and food spheres in 2025-2026 between Uzbekistan and Mongolia:

(a) import from Mongolia to Uzbekistan 100 thousand heads of small cattle and finishing livestock by the end of 2029 to 1 million by their cultivation in local conditions by means of selection and breeding works;

(b) organization of step-by-step conversion of wool and cashmere, and also production of finished goods;

(c) taking measures to increase by 10 times of export volume of fruit and vegetable and food products to Mongolia with its annual growth;

(d) adjustment between Uzbekistan and Mongolia of experience exchange and advanced training of specialists in the field of production of agricultural products.

II. The state support of import of small cattle from Mongolia

2. Determine that when importing small cattle from Mongolia to Uzbekistan during the period from August 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027 to subjects of entrepreneurship:

(a) on transportation by air transport 50 percent of costs at the expense of the Government budget are compensated. At the same time the funds necessary for the expenses provided by this subitem are financed within the funds allocated in parameters of the Government budget to the Ministry of Agriculture for covering of part of the expenses on purchase imported from the foreign states of the breeding cattle, sheep and goats of uterine livestock of fishes and chickens by livestock farms;

(b) the opportunity of delay of payment due date of the value added tax without payment providing and without charge of percent is given.
