1. This Procedure determines the procedure of issue, suspension (further - temporary stop), cancellations and renewals of operational permission for capacities (objects) for production, conversion or realization of foodstuff.
2. Operators of capacities (objects) which perform activities for production, conversion or realization of foodstuff under control to public health service shall get operational permission of the corresponding chief state health officer which is issued on each of such capacities.
3. Operators of capacities (objects) which perform activities for production of the foodstuff under control to veterinary service and operators of the agrofood markets shall get operational permission of the corresponding chief state inspector of veterinary medicine to each of such capacities (objects).
4. Operational permission is issued on capacities (objects) located at one address (only the territory, constructions or complex of constructions, rooms, buildings, the equipment with disaggregation at the level of production line) and are determined by the owner of capacities (objects).
