2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2025.

Changes which are made to Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of safety of donor blood and its components

1. State Item 21 in the following edition:

"21. Planned control (supervising) events concerning objects of control depending on the appropriated category of risk are held with the following frequency:

for category of extremely high risk one of the following control (supervising) events:

the inspection visit - is at least 1, but no more than 2 times a year;

exit check - is at least 1, but no more than 2 times a year;

documentary check - is at least 1, but no more than 2 times a year;

for category of high risk one of the following control (supervising) events:

inspection visit - 1 time in 2 years;

exit check - 1 time in 2 years;

documentary check - 1 time in 2 years.

Instead of planned control (supervising) action concerning the objects referred to category of high risk, the Federal Medical Biological Agency (its territorial authorities) has the right to conduct 1 obligatory preventive visit a year.
