Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2023 No. 240 "About carrying out experiment on monitoring by customs authorities of the data which are available at their order and received from persons participating in this experiment from systems of accounting of goods" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 9, Art. 1476; 2024, No. 26, Art. 3660).

2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2023 No. 240

1. In Item 1 of the word "till November 1, 2025." shall be replaced with words "till March 31, 2027".

2. In Regulations on carrying out experiment on monitoring by customs authorities of the data which are available at their order and received from persons participating in this experiment, from systems of accounting of goods, approved by the specified resolution:

b) state Item 13 in the following edition:

"13.
