Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of communication approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 29, 2021 No. 1045 "About federal state control (supervision) in the field of communication" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 27, Art. 5423; 2022, No. 4, Art. 633; 2024, No. 44, Art. 6645).

Changes which are made to Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of communication

1. State Item 13 in the following edition:

"13. Planned control (supervising) actions concerning objects of the state control (supervision) and obligatory preventive visits depending on the appropriated category of risk are conducted with the following frequency:

a) one planned control (supervising) action in 2 years or one obligatory preventive visit a year - for the objects of control referred to category of high risk;

b) with the frequency established by the Government of the Russian Federation in compliance Item 3 of part 2 of article 25 of the Federal law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation" for holding obligatory preventive visits - for the objects of control referred to category of considerable, average and moderate risk.".

2. State Item 30 in the following edition:

"30. The preventive visit is conducted at the initiative of monitoring body (obligatory preventive visit) or at the initiative of controlled person.
