About introduction of amendments to the Law on the civil responsibility and requirements to insurance of air carriers and operators of aircrafts No. 118/2020

Art. I. - In the Law on the civil responsibility and requirements to insurance of air carriers and operators of aircrafts No. 118/2020 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 199-204, 402), to make the following changes:

1. In Article 14:

in part (figures "100000" to replace 2) with figures "151880";

in part (figures "5346" to replace 3) with figures "6303";

in part (figures "1288" to replace 4) with figures "1519";

in part (figures "22" to replace 5) with figures "26".

2. In appendix 1:

in Item 1 of figure "128821" to replace with figures "151880";

in Item 3 of figure "5346" and "1288" to replace respectively with figures "6303" and "1519";

in item 4 of figure "1288" to replace with figures "1519".

Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
