About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 319-324, 634), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. To add article 3 after the concept "alternative educational institutions" with concepts of the following content:
"art education - the component of national education system which covers all education levels and provides forming, development and enhancement of arts of results of training, specific to area, by means of variety of the organizations of programs implemented in all types, combining practical, theoretical and creative types of activity;
specialized art education - the education intended for persons with special talents in the field of arts, organized within specialized educational institutions based on profound training programs in the profile directions for the purpose of forming and development of highly effective competences in arts and providing continuity of professional career;
additional art education - the education intended for the children having capabilities and showing interest in training in the field of arts which task is the expansion and amendment of formal education giving opportunities for development of skills and creative potential and possibility of professionalizing for the subsequent employment in profile specialized agencies;".
2. In part (1) Article 15:
Item j) to state in the following edition:
"j) secondary vocational education institution in the field of arts, sport, etc. - gymnasium, lyceum of art, sports, theological, military profiles, etc. The organization of secondary education (gymnasium or lyceum) belongs to the category specified in this Item if disciplines art, sports, theological, military and other profiles are taught in all classes of this education level;";
add part with the Item j 1) of the following content:
