About introduction of amendments to the Law on partial implementation of vote by mail No. 109/2024
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on partial implementation of vote by mail No. 109/2024 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 202-204, 289) to make the following changes:
1. In part (Article 5 of the word "three days" shall be replaced with words 2) "two days".
2. Item c) parts (Article 8 to add 1) with the words "or participation at least 30 people in vote on the previous elections".
3. In Article 12:
in the name and the prolog of Article of the word of "foreign polling precincts" shall be replaced with words "the polling precincts for vote by mail";

4. In Article 17:

Item b) parts (to add 6) after the word "nonexistent" with the words "or incomplete";
in part (the words "three days" shall be replaced with words 7) "two days", and words "by appearance on any polling precinct according to Item е) parts (3) article 78 of the Electoral code No. 325/2022." shall be replaced with words "on the polling precinct in the territory of which it takes the residence or temporary stay, according to part (2) article 78 of the Electoral code No. 325/2022, or in case of its stay abroad - on any foreign polling precinct.".
5. In part (Article 18 of the word "three days" shall be replaced with words 4) "20 days", the last offer to exclude.
6. Item f) Article 22 to state in the following edition:
"f) confirmation of advance payment of service in return of envelopes with voting bulletins;".
7. In part (Article 23 of the word "on Thursday" shall be replaced with words 1) "on Friday".
