About introduction of amendments to the Law on currency control No. 62/2008

St. I. - In the Law on currency control No. 62/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 423-429, 859), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In part (11) Article 9:

in Item b) word "organizations". shall be replaced with words "the organizations; or";

add part with Items c) and d) the following content:

"c) long-term financial instruments (with remaining period of repayment more than five years):

- are issued by the governments of state members of Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the European Union; and

- have credit score not below category AA/Aa, assigned by any agency of credit rating; or

d) financial instruments in the form of shares or other securities of share nature, and also long-term financial instruments in the form of bonds (with remaining period of repayment more than five years) are issued by the issuer who:

- has credit score not below category AA/Aa, assigned by any agency of credit rating, or enters into the group having the same credit rating; and

- has the location in the state which in turn has credit rating not below category AA/Aa.".

2. Part (Article 30 to state 6) in the following edition:

"(6) Import to the Republic Moldova/export from the Republic of Moldova of cash national currency by licensed banks and nonresident banks is performed without the permission of National Bank of Moldova.".

3. In Article 31:
