About modification of some regulations (some organizational aspects concerning the commissions on external assessment of judges and prosecutors)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on external assessment of judges and candidates for judgeship of the Highest trial chamber No. 65/2023 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 117-118, 192), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (Article 3 to add 2) with the Item a 1) of the following content:

"a 1) of the judge and the prosecutors who passed the integrity assessment provided by the Law on external assessment of judges and prosecutors and modification of some regulations No. 252/2023;".

2. In Article 6:

in part (1):

in the prolog to replace the word of "six" with the word of "nine";

in Item a) to replace the word "tri" with the word "four";

in Item b) the words "three members-" shall be replaced with words "five members -";
