About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 11, 2013 No. 524

Based on subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2008 No. 271 "About some questions of regulation of activities of banks", the paragraph of the seventh of part six of Article 34 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 11, 2013 No. 524 "About some questions of compensation" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2:

the second subitem 2.2 to state part in the following edition:

"Concerning employees of bank the coefficient cannot exceed coefficient of the ratio established according to the legislation on work for the head of bank taking into account the requirement of part four of this subitem. The coefficient size for employees of bank is established according to local legal acts of bank, except for coefficient for the deputy manager, the chief accountant who is established by authorized body of management of bank.";
