About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in connection with adoption of the Digital code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:

To replace 1) in the name of Chapter 26 of the word of "information security" with the word "cyber security";

Article 228 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 228. Illegal access to the protected digital records

Article 228-2. Violation of the rights of users of digital technologies

1. Refusal in adoption of digital documents, and it is equal refusal in use of digital documents for provision of services, cases except for established by the law in which use of digital documents is not allowed, -

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 20 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 50 settlement indicators.

2. Refusal in adoption of paper documents, and it is equal refusal in use of paper documents for provision of services, cases except for established by the law in which use of paper documents is not allowed, -

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 20 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 50 settlement indicators.
