About introduction of amendments to the Law on advertizing No. 62/2022

This law partially shifts Items 18 and 19 of Article 2 and Article 25 of Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2024/1083 of April 11, 2024 about establishment of general rules for media services in the domestic market and about modification of the Directive 2010/13/EU (The European regulations about freedom of mass media) (the text concerning EEP), the European Union published in the Official magazine L 2024/1083 of April 17, 2024, CELEX: 32024R1083.
Art. I. - In the Law on advertizing No. 62/2022 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 98-105, 171), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. To state formula of harmonization in the following edition:
"This law:
- shifts the Directive of the European parliament and Council 2006/114/EU of December 12, 2006 about the misleading and comparative advertizing (the codified version) (the text concerning EEP), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 376 of December 27, 2006, CELEX: 32006L0114;
- partially shifts (Items 18 and 19 of Article 2 and Article 25) Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2024/1083 of April 11, 2024 about establishment of general rules for media services in the domestic market and about modification of the Directive 2010/13/EU (The European regulations about freedom of mass media) (the text concerning EEP), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 2024/1083 of April 17, 2024, CELEX: 32024R1083.".
2. In all text of the law of the word "digital platform" in the corresponding number and case shall be replaced with words "online platform" in the corresponding number and case.
3. In Article 3:
state the concept "subject of the public sector" of the following edition:
"subject of the public sector:
a) any body of the public power, including from the autonomous territorial entity with special status;
