About modification of some regulations (elimination of excessive regulation in private sector)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Item 8 of article 13 of the Law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845/1992 (1994, No. 2, Art. 33), with subsequent changes, to declare the monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova invalid.
Art. II. - In the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 66-75, 132), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. Part (Article 182 to state 7) in the following edition:
"(7) the Announcement of change of the name of the legal entity is published by body of state registration in the Electronic bulletin.".
2. Part (Article 183 to state 5) in the following edition:
"(5) the Announcement of change of the location of the legal entity is published by body of state registration in the Electronic bulletin.".
3. State Article 244 in the following edition:
"Article 244. Promulgation of information of the legal entity
The legal entity will promulgate the information according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation, including in the presence on the official website. By constituent documents promulgation of information on the legal entity and in other mass media can be provided.".
Art. III. - In article 9 of the Law on requisition of property and accomplishment of labor obligation for the benefit of society No. 1384/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 178-181, 1352), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
part (to state 2) in the following edition:
"(2) Specified in part (1) legal entities transfer on demand to the relevant military centers information on quantity and condition of the property which is subject to requisition, only if it is not reflected in the state information resources concerning persons and property who underwent official registration. Required information is provided in electronic form or on paper.";
