About introduction of amendments to the Law on the International free airport "Merkulesht" No. 178/2008
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on the International free airport "Merkulesht" No. 178/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 143-144, 585), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In Article 1:
add Article with part (3-1) following of content:
"(It is authorized to 3-1) Administrative authorities and organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Defence to perform in the territory of the Free airport the activities connected with ensuring defense and homeland security, and also with accomplishment of the international obligations of the Republic of Moldova.";
in part (5) words "public property of the state." shall be replaced with words "property of the state from the public sphere.";
in part (6) word "" the international Airport of Merkulesht "", shall be replaced with words ""The international airport Chisinau",";
part (to state 7) in the following edition:
"(7) the Free airport is located on the earth with cadastral number 4540202.001 Ploshchad 270,4540 of hectare consisting of the territory of airfield and the territory of development and separated by reliable fence.".
2. In Article 2:
in part (1) the words "hires property or land areas" shall be replaced with words "in management property and/or hires land areas or property";
in part (2) words "to production and repair of aircrafts, the special equipment and installations, provides services" shall be replaced with words to "provision of services";
part (3) after the word "international" to add with the words "and the national";
in part (7):
Item a) to state in the following edition:
"a) rendering services in land servicing and airborne transportations, repair of aircrafts, special equipment and installations;";
