About introduction of amendments to the Law on the organization and implementation of tourist activities in the Republic of Moldova No. 352/2006

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the organization and implementation of tourist activities in the Republic of Moldova No. 352/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 14-17, 40), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

state the concept "tourist guide" of the following edition:

"the guide (guide) - physical person which accompanies and directs visitors, providing them information on the settlement, the region, the country and the visited tourist directions and which gives qualified help in the field of tourism;";

after the concept "tourist group" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"the information and tourist index - sign, including road on which are specified symbol, the name of tourist object and on circumstances the direction and/or distance to it;";
