About introduction of amendments to the Law on local initiative groups No. 50/2021

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on local initiative groups No. 50/2021 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 117-121, 127), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Add with formula of harmonization of the following content:

"This law partially shifts Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2021/1060 of June 24, 2021 about establishment of general provisions of rather European Regional Development Fund, the European social fund "Plus", Fund of unity, Fund of fair transition and the European fund of sea cases, fishery and aquaculture and establishment of financial regulations for these funds, and also for Fund of shelter, migration and integration, Fund of internal security and the Tool of financial support for management of borders and visa policy (item 4 of Article 2; parts (2), (4) and (5) Article 31; parts (1) and (2) Article 32; parts (1) and (3) Article 33; part (1) Article 34 and the last paragraph of Article 34) published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 231 of June 30, 2021, CELEX: 32021R1060, with the last changes made by Regulations of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2024/795 of February 29, 2024.".

2. In Article 2:

state the concept "development of the rural zone" of the following edition:

"development of the rural zone - the complex process of changes covering steady social, economic, cultural and nature protection aspects which main objective is creation of the best living conditions for rural population on the basis of smart decisions;";

state the concept "LEADER Program" of the following edition:

"The LEADER program - measure of the state financial support from National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone for strategy implementation of local development and functioning of local initiative groups;";

after the concept "local initiative group" to add Article with the concept "transaction" of the following content:
