About modification of some regulations (regulation of activities in the field of geodesy, the inventory and real estate appraisal)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543/1998 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 88-95, 79), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In Article 2:

cadastral works - set of field and office works by means of which identification and measurement of real estate objects, data processing, creation of technical documentation according to the procedure is taken, established by the central administrative authority in the field of the inventory of real estate and confirmation of correctness of the constituted documentation by putting down of the signature of the certified cadastral engineer.".
