About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Regulations on federal state land control (supervision) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2021 No. 1081 "About federal state land control (supervision)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 28, Art. 5511; 2022, No. 7, Art. 984; No. 45, Art. 7710; 2025, No. 20, Art. 2483):

a) in paragraph four of Item 2 of the word of "the land legislation" to exclude;

b) in Item 5:

state the subitem "v" in the following edition:

"c) the mandatory requirements connected with compulsory use of the parcels of land from structure of lands of settlements, the garden parcels of land and the garden parcels of land during fixed term;";

add with subitems "zh" and "z" of the following content:

"g) the mandatory requirements connected with obligation to operate the building, construction according to purpose and the permitted use of the parcel of land on which such building, construction is located;

h) the mandatory requirements connected with impossibility to operate capital construction project (the room or the parking place in the building, construction) for construction or reconstruction of which were not required receipt of the construction license, in the absence of the rights to it.";
