About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2019 No. 5
Based on the paragraph of the seventh of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2007 No. 263-Z "About law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Belarus", subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for acceptance, registration and accounting by law-enforcement bodies of statements and messages on crimes, administrative offenses and information on incidents approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2019 No. 5, the following changes:
1.1. item 4 after the word of "divisions" to add with words "head department of own safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and its territorial subdivisions, interterritorial subdivisions of criminal militia,";
1.2. to state subitem 9.2 of Item 9 in the following edition:
"9.2. the road accident which participants according to part one of Item 111 of the Regulations on compulsory insurance approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 18, 2025 No. 108, and part two of subitem 31.4 of Item 31 of the Traffic regulations approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 28, 2005 No. 551, made the decision not to report about it in the State automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
