Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 18, 2019 No. 616 "About determination of the size of the investment harbor fee, about its collection and application" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 21, the Art. 2576).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 18, 2019 No. 616

purchase costs of objects of federal property under the agreement;

costs for performance of works on construction of facilities of federal property;

the costs for performance of works on recovery of the main operational characteristics of the underwater hydraulic engineering constructions performed with frequency more than 12 months which are subject to recognition as a part of capital investments according to federal accounting standards;
