About introduction of amendments to orders of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 19, 2015 No. 34 "About approval of Safety rules on reservoirs" and of March 6, 2015 No. 190 "About approval of Rules of the organization and conducting actions of civil defense"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 19, 2015 No. 34 "About approval of Safety rules on reservoirs" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10335) the following changes:

"According to the subitem 51) of Item 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About civil protection", I ORDER:";

in Safety rules on the reservoirs approved by the specified order:

"Inspection and cleaning of bottom of the site of the water area of the reservoir which is taken away for bathing at depths up to 2 meters, and also visual survey of compliance of the beach to requirements of Item 9 of these rules, is made by the territorial authorities or public institutions which are under authority of authorized body or the organizations having the diving equipment and equipment for works under water in the presence of representatives of local executive bodies and territorial authorities of authorized body.";

7) of Item 6 to state the subitem in the following edition:
