About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning strengthening of powers of National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine and Specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88):

Item 9 parts one of Article 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"9) the head of body of prosecutor's office - the Attorney-General, the deputy attorney general - the head of Specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office (for prosecutors of Specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office), the head of regional prosecutor's office, the head of district prosecutor's office and their first deputies and deputies who act within the powers";

2) in Article 36:
