Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About municipal property on property" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 4, the Art. 159) the following change:
add with Article 15-1 of the following content:
"Article 15-1. Provision of objects of municipal property within projects implementation of public-private partnership
1. Objects of municipal property can be provided in use or lease within projects implementation of public-private partnership.
2. Provision of objects of municipal property in use or lease to the private partner within the agreement on public-private partnership is performed without tendering, with establishment of the preferential rent (in year) in the amount of double rate of the land tax which is subject to payment concerning the leased parcel of land according to the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The amount of the rent, procedure and terms of its introduction shall be specified in the agreement on public-private partnership.".
