Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of quality assurance and safety of grain and products of conversion of grain approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2021 No. 1079 "About federal state control (supervision) in the field of quality assurance and safety of grain and products of conversion of grain" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 28, Art. 5509; 2025, No. 22, Art. 2872).

2. Declare invalid the paragraph of the seventh of the subitem "b" of Item of 1 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 28, 2025 No. 749 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2025, No. 22, the Art. 2872).

3. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of employees of central office and territorial authorities of Service, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Service on and management in the field of the established functions.
