1. Make till October 31, 2025 experiment (pilot project) on application of navigation seals concerning goods of the Eurasian Economic Union (except for the goods specified in the subitem "an" of Item 2 of the order of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of June 2, 2025 to No. 19 "About carrying out by the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation of experiment (pilot project) on application of navigation seals concerning the goods of the Eurasian Economic Union moved between the territories of the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation") in case of their transportations by road transport from the territory of the Republic of Armenia on the territory of the Russian Federation through the territories of the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union and from the territory of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Republic of Armenia through the territories of the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively - experiment, transportations within the experiment).
2. Determine that:
a) the federal executive bodies authorized on ensuring carrying out experiment are the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Federal Customs Service (further - authorized bodies of the Russian Federation);
