About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the Housing code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of the military personnel", "About bodies of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic")

Article 1.

Bring in the Housing code of the Kyrgyz Republic (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of July 26, 2013 No. 62) the following changes:

1) regarding 1 Article 39:

a) in Item 3 of the word "and at least three years living in the territory of this administrative and territorial unit for cities of republican subordination, and in other territories-at least one year" to exclude;

2) in Article 59:

a) in part 1:

"4) to the families of the military personnel who died during passing of military service (having period of service less than 20 calendar years);";

- in Item 6 of the word to "disabled workers" to replace with the word to "disabled people";

- in Item 7 of the word of "I and II groups" to exclude;

b) add with part 3 following of content:

"3. In privatization of office premises refuses on the basis, stipulated in Item 4 parts of 1 this Article if the death of the serviceman:

- came owing to making of the act recognized in the procedure established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic as socially dangerous by it;

- was result of its stay in condition of alcoholic, drug or toxic intoxication;

- is according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, result of intentional causing harm by it to the health or suicides.".
