Article 1.

Bring in the Code of civil procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, No. 1 (2), the Art. 14) the following change:

Article 318-4. Appeal of decisions of the courts of aksakals

1. Decisions of the courts of aksakals can be appealed in the court according to the procedure provided by this Code and the legislation on vessels of aksakals.

2. The judgment of aksakals is subject to appeal by person concerning which the decision, or other interested persons participating in case within ten days from the date of decision is passed.

Article 318-5. Cognizance of cases on appeal of decisions of the courts of aksakals

Cases on appeal of decisions of the courts of aksakals are jurisdictional to district (city) court in the location of court of aksakals.

Article 318-6. Claim form and content

1. The claim is submitted in writing.

2. The claim shall contain:

1) the name of court in which the claim is submitted;

2) the name of person making the complaint, its residence, phone numbers, the fax, the e-mail address if those are available, and for the legal entity also - its registration number, the location and other details;

3) the appealed judgment of aksakals;

4) request of person making the complaint;

5) the list of the documents attached to the claim.

3. The claim is signed by person submitting it. The power of attorney or other document certifying powers of the representative shall be attached to the claim submitted by the representative. The signature of the head of the legal entity is witnessed by seal.

4. Person making the complaint sends to other persons participating in case, the copy of the claim and documents attached to it.
