Rules of maintaining the single database of production and turnover of oil

1. General provisions

1. Rules of maintaining the single database of production and turnover of oil are developed according to subitem 6-3) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 28, 1995 "About oil" for the purpose of systematization of production accounting and turnover of oil and determine procedure for maintaining the single database of production and turnover of oil on the basis of the relevant information provided by contractors, transport enterprises and consumers.

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) the dispatcher - the legal entity who is under authority of competent authority and performing maintaining the single database;

2) competent authority - the state body determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acting on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan in implementation of the rights connected with the conclusion and execution of contracts for carrying out oil operations;
