About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About judicial and expert activities"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About judicial and expert activities" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2013, No. 6, the Art. 606) the following changes:

1) production of judicial examinations on criminal, civil, administrative cases and cases on offenses;

2) carrying out scientific research in the field of judicial examination and scientific and methodical providing;

3) forming of the main directions of development of the theory and practice of judicial examination;

4) development and ensuring single methodical approach in case of production of expert researches irrespective of departmental accessory of the court expert.";
