Article 1. 1.1. Under Article 67-1:
1.1.1. State part 1 in the following edition:
"1. For the purpose of maintenance, development and check of professional knowledge and skills of the workers performing practical medical or pharmaceutical activities in the Azerbaijan Republic, their certification is performed by assessment of their continuous professional development or attraction to certification examination according to requirements of article 49-1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About protection of public health". It is not allowed to set to persons participating in certification examination, the questions which do not have a direct bearing on their specialty and also to estimate them on the basis of their political views and religious beliefs.";
