Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Item 12 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd Article 92 of the Land code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 8, Article 478 (volume I); 2024, No. 3, Article 250, No. 7, article 770, No. 12 (book II), Article 1338; No. 158-VIIQD) of the word "if any of heirs did not accept inheritance" shall be replaced with words the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 18, 2025 "if all heirs refused inheritance".

Article 2. In Article 72.3 of the Code of civil procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 1, Article 17 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 13, No. 4, Articles 362, 367, No. 5 (book I), article 484, No. 6 (book I), article 637, No. 12 (book I), Article 1283; The Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 147-VIIQD of February 28, 2025, No. 172-VIIQD of April 11 and No. 196-VIIQD of May 16) shall be replaced with words the words "if the inheritance is not accepted anybody" "if all heirs refused inheritance".

Article 3. Bring in the Civil code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 4 (the book I), Article 250 (volume I); 2024, No. 2, Article 138, No. 4, article 365, No. 5 (book I), Article 493, No. 7, article 744, No. 12 (book I), Article 1281; 2025, No. 1, Article 17, No. 3, Article 216; The Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 18, 2025 No. 158-VIIQD, No. 161-VIIQD, of May 1, 2025 No. 188-VIIQD and No. 192-VIIQD) the following changes:
