1. Establish the following amount of the payments provided by the Law of Ukraine "About the status and social protection of the citizens injured with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of Ukraine, 1992, N 13, Art. 178; N 37, of Art. 543; Ukra§ni Golos newspaper, on June 25, 1996, N 114):

a) ceased to be valid

b) ceased to be valid

d) payments of lump-sum allowance to citizens who are evacuated, settled out (settle out) or independently moved (move) on the new place of residence, - 1570 thousand karbovanets on each family member;

e) monthly money allowance to the citizens living in the territories of radioactive pollution in connection with restriction of consumption of food of local production and personal subsidiary farm: in zone strengthened radio ecological kontrolya160 by one thousand крб., in zone of the guaranteed voluntary settling out - 210 thousand крб. and in zone of unconditional (obligatory) settling out - 260 thousand karbovanets;
