1. Violation of requirements of carrying out deep cleaning of municipal solid waste using the specialized equipment of beach areas -
attracts the prevention on physical persons and legal entity.
2. The same action provided by part of 1 this Article committed repeatedly within year after pronouncement of the prevention, -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 50 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 100 settlement indicators.";
