"378. 1) on designing of systems of fire-proof automatic equipment:

- data on qualification of the license applicant and his specialists in appendix form 4 to this Provision;

- for confirmation of qualification of the regular or hired specialists the license applicant shall provide copies with presentation of originals (if necessary): the diploma about education, in case of lack of the diploma about education the document confirming the termination of special professional development course (no more than five years ago); statements from service records and the copy of agreements (labor agreements);

2) on installation, adjustment and repair of means of fire-proof automatic equipment, works on fire protection of materials, products and designs:
