About modification of the Procedure for the direction by monitoring bodies of tax notifications decisions to taxpayers

According to the paragraph of Item 2 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of August 22, 2024 No. 3926-IX "About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning implementation of some provisions of the Customs code of the European Union" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER the fifth:

1. Bring in the Procedure for the direction monitoring bodies of tax notifications decisions to taxpayers approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 28, 2015 No. 1204, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 22, 2016 at No. 124/28254 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 31, 2020 No. 846), the following changes:

in the paragraph the second the subitem 1 of item 4 of the Section II of the word and figure of "Article 354 part eight" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "part seven of Article 354 of Chapter 49 of the Section XI";

in appendices to this Procedure:

in appendices 3, the 7th words and figures of "Article 354 part eight" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "Article 354 part seven";

in appendices 19, 21 words and figures of "Article 354 part eight" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "part seven of Article 354 of Chapter 49 of the Section XI".

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
