"6. The list is created by the central authorized body on budgetary planning based on petitions of the central state bodies of the corresponding industry (further – TsGO) according to the Rules of selection and determination of criteria of social and economic projects approved by the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 20, 2023 No. 165 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 33441).
