About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of Council for food security and food of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 24, 2022 No. 334

For the purpose of providing the population with food products of prime necessity, according to Articles 3, 8 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About food security of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of Council for food security and food of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 24, 2022 No. 334 the following changes:

Appendix 1 to the above-stated resolution to state 1) in edition according to appendix to this resolution;

2) in appendix 2 to the above-stated resolution:

- to declare the paragraph of the sixth of Item 7 invalid;

- state Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. Members of council participate in meetings of Council personally. In case of impossibility of participation in meeting members of council inform on it the chairman of the board.

Meetings of Council can be held online with use of digital platforms by the chairman and members of council, and also heads of other state bodies.

Emergency meetings of Council are held according to the decision of the chairman of the board.

For the purpose of initiation of efficient measures for ensuring food security and food meetings of Council can be held in the remote (online) mode, and the decisions made at meeting of Council are approved by polling.";

3) in appendix 3 to the above-stated resolution:

- in paragraph one of the word of RSK Bank shall be replaced with words Eldik Bank.
