About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 12, 2023 No. 263

Bring in the Procedure for electronic marking, activities of operators for tracking of goods turnover and procedure for their control approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 12, 2023 No. 263 "About electronic marking, activities of operators for tracking of goods turnover and procedure for their control", the following changes and amendment:

- in Item to replace the 37th figure and the words "120 calendar days" with figure and the word "6 months";

- in Items 10 and 12 of appendix 2 to the Procedure for electronic marking, activities of operators for tracking of goods turnover and to procedure for their control of the word of "consumer packaging" and "the second group consists of 7 symbols" respectively shall be replaced with words "group consumption" and "the second group consists of 8 symbols where 7 symbols are generated by system for each code of marking and 1 symbol by group of goods";

- the Item 10 of appendix 3 to the Procedure for electronic marking, activities of operators for tracking of goods turnover and to procedure for their control of the word of "consumer packaging" and "the second group consists of 7 symbols" respectively shall be replaced with words "group consumption" and "the second group consists of 8 symbols where 7 symbols are generated by system for each code of marking and 1 symbol by group of goods";

- add with appendix 4 it (is applied).
