Article 2. Establish the minimum size of temporary disability benefit at the level of 90 percent of the minimum wage provided by part one of article 1 of this Law.
The minimum size of temporary disability benefit in connection with care of the sick child aged up to 14 years is established by article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to families with children". (Sheets of the Supreme Council of Ukraine, 1993, N 5, Art. 21).
Article 3. This Law extends to the workers consisting in employment relationships on terms of employment with the companies, organizations and the organizations of all patterns of ownership and also with certain citizens.
Operation of article 2 of the Law extends also to other persons who pay fees on social insurance.
