About modification of the Regulations on licensing of banks
According to Articles 7, 15 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 14, of 18, of 24, 34 and 34-1 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", Articles 3, 6 and 7 Laws of Ukraine "About rating", for the purpose of harmonization of procedures for licensing of banks with regulations of Regulations of the European Parliament and Council (EU) No. 1060/2009 of September 16, 2009 of rather credit rating agencies (with changes) and the legislation of Ukraine in the field of rating of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Regulations on licensing of banks, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 22, 2018 No. 149 (with changes), the following changes:
The subitem 17 of Item 2 of Chapter 1 of the Section I to state 1) in the following edition:
"17) the investment grade of credit rating - the public credit rating corresponding to the investment grade on national scale of credit ratings in case of observance of one of the following conditions:
such credit rating is determined by rating agency which received authorization according to the procedure, established in Articles 8, 9 Laws of Ukraine "About rating" (further - the authorized rating agency);
such credit rating is confirmed with the authorized rating agency according to the procedure, established in article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About rating";";
