1. Approve enclosed:

1) the Procedure for creation and representation of requests for information which manager is the State Border Service of Ukraine;

2) the Form for giving of requests for information which manager is the State Border Service of Ukraine.

2. Declare invalid the order of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine of April 03, 2012 No. 222 "About ensuring access to public information in the State Border Service of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 25, 2012 at No. 627/20940.
