About delimitation of lands of the state-owned and utility property
This Law determines the legal basis of delimitation of lands of the state-owned and utility property and power of public authorities and local government bodies by regulation of land relations for the purpose of creation of conditions for realization of constitutional rights of land ownership by them, ensuring national sovereignty, development of material and financial base of local self-government.
Delimitation of lands of the state-owned and utility property consists in implementation of organization-legal measures for the Section of lands of state-owned property on lands of territorial bulks and lands of the state, and also by determination and establishment in nature (on the area) borders of the parcels of land of the state-owned and utility property.
Delimitation of lands of the state-owned and utility property is performed according to the Constitution of Ukraine, the Land code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About property", the Law of Ukraine "About local self-government in Ukraine", this Law and other regulatory legal acts which are not contradicting this Law.
This Law governs the relations connected with delimitation of lands of state-owned property on lands of utility property of territorial bulks of villages, settlements, cities and the earth of state-owned property.
