"j) money in the amount of, equal to the size of the money which is saved up by foreign parties of consortium according to the article XX of the Agreement, and confirmed with the decision of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, is subject to immediate transfer by foreign parties of consortium or according to their order other persons on the settlement account of society in rubles at the US dollar exchange rate established by the Central bank of the Russian Federation for date of transfer of the specified funds for such account;".
