About measures for further optimization of structure of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation I decide:

1. Form as a part of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation Management of the President of the Russian Federation on strategic partnership and cooperation.

2. Abolish:

a) Russian President's Directorate for Interregional Relations and Cultural Contacts with Foreign Countries;

b) Management of the President of the Russian Federation on frontier cooperation.

3. To the head of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation:

a) in 3-month time:

submit for approval the project of regulations on Management of the President of the Russian Federation on strategic partnership and cooperation;

provide offers on reduction of acts of the President of the Russian Federation to compliance with this Decree;

b) hold necessary organizational and regular events according to this Decree.

4. Determine that employees of the independent divisions of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation called in Item 2 of this Decree before completion of the relevant organizational and regular activities continue in case of their consent execution of service duties on earlier replaced positions.

5. Bring in the list of independent divisions of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 12, 2024 No. 482 "About some questions of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 25, the Art. 3461), the following changes:

a) recognize Items 18 and 23 invalid;

b) add with Item 25 (1) the following content:

"25(1). Management of the President of the Russian Federation on strategic partnership and cooperation.".
